HISI Inc. (HISI株式会社), Osaka, Japan, collects your name, email address and message through this form. We also record the submission time, reference number, language and version of this notice you agreed to. Providing information is voluntary, but the required fields and consent are needed to use this form.

Submissions are stored in a dedicated database on a server in Singapore, outside Japan. Authorized HISI staff review them through our internal AutoAtlas management system. We use HTTPS for transmission and restrict access to the management interface. Your submission is not published on our website.

We may use external providers as necessary to operate the website and manage its servers. We select and oversee these providers. We do not disclose personal information to other third parties without your consent, except where permitted or required by applicable law.
05 / Retention
Records submitted through this form are kept for up to 180 days from receipt and deleted after that period. If an inquiry leads to a transaction, any contract records are managed separately for their relevant purposes and retention periods.
